Our valuers regularly attend property auctions and are in frequent contact with agents to ensure we keep ‘in touch’ with the local market.

A comprehensive property sales database is maintained and is constantly updated.  We have detailed records dating back almost 20 years.

Valuers are required to undertake a Continuing Professional Development programme to ensure they are abreast of current industry trends and practice.

Our administrative staff are encouraged to regularly update their skills by undertaking training programs.
