Letter Report / Valuation Certificate

This is a brief report appropriate for valuations where detailed descriptions of the property, market research and the valuation rationale are not required.

 It is usually used for valuations carried out for taxation purposes (e.g. Stamp Duty, Capital Gains Tax) and consultancy purposes (e.g. pre-sale/pre-purchase advice) on residential and small commercial, industrial and rural properties.  This report format should not be relied upon for mortgage security purposes.
