As the name implies this is a pro-forma style report developed by the Australian Property Institute.  It is the ‘industry standard’ report format for valuations of residential properties carried out for mortgage security purposes.  This report is prepared in accordance with guidelines set down by the API in their Supporting Memorandum.  A copy of the Supporting Memorandum can be obtained by emailing us at admin@bolcon.com.au.

This report format is only suitable for use for mortgage security valuations of residential and rural residential properties.
