 Director and Certified Practising ValuerNeil is a Director and Valuer of Bolton Connolly Property Advisory Services. With over 26 years experience in the valuation industry Neil has expertise in the valuation of most property types in the local area, and is particularly active in the residential and rural property markets, specialising in irrigated agricultural holdings and valuation of water entitlements. For 13 years Neil was employed in the Valuation Department of the State Bank of New South Wales. He worked in various locations throughout the state and spent his last six years as District Valuer, where he was responsible for valuations in the south-western region of New South Wales. Neil then worked as a consulting valuer for six years with a private valuation practice in Albury, New South Wales. Neil joined TJ Murphy Valuers during January 2000. After working for more than three years as an employee, Neil took over the business in early 2003. The practice then became known as Murphy & Bruce Valuers. In 2008 Neil took the opportunity to merge Murphy & Bruce Valuers with Bolton Connolly Property Advisory Services and there are currently five professional staff which are registered valuers.
