Bob Connolly has had 40 years valuation experience all over the south-western part of NSW. Specialising in commercial, industrial and development properties, he also has particular expertise in acquisition assignments for various authorities and private clients.
Bob has had 10 years early experience with the NSW Valuer General and the firm is now contracted to the Valuer General carrying out a variety of valuation advice and consultancy.
Bob is a qualified barrister, a Life Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and an Associate of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia. He is the chair of the Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee, past chair of the Australian Valuation and Property Standards Board and a former National President of the Australian Property Institute.
Bob is credited with establishing valuation standards in Australia and this has led to his leadership role with the International Standards Board.
Bob’s experience as a property developer has also widened his skill base and enabled him to provide expert advice on development strategies and feasibility studies.
